'- An employee reached out to HR to ask them about getting a covid test because they had not been feeling well. The employee was informed that the company was no longer paying employees to quarantine so they could take a 14-day personal leave with no pay. This is why the company masks that it is a risk anyone is taking who is going to work. The employer also said that if an employee was unable to attend work that they would be pointed. - It is mandatory that everyone pass the temp check before entering the building. After failing multiple times an employee asked a nearby employee to get a supervisor because they told employees if they still enter the building after failing the test it could lead to termination. - A manager came to the monitor where an employee failed at least 6 more times. The manager then got a different thermometer that is on the loading docs for the trucks and told the employee that their fever was low grade and asked them if they could still stay because they would be leaving their team ?anging, if left. The manager also informed the employee if they could not stay they would have to take a point. So in other words go to work or you're fired. The manager then unplugged the monitor and had the employee go to work as if nothing ever happened.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-11
