1) The employer has not instituted additional precautions/procedures/Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for employees to assist in preventing employee exposure to the COVID-19 virus. Precautions/procedures to include, but not limited to, CDC/OSHA recommendations. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act of 1970. 2) The employer has not instituted a workplace violence prevention program. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 3) Employees are exposed to chemical hazards and do not receive hazard communication training and/or information about the chemicals to which they are exposed. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.1200. 4) The employer fails to record work related injuries that meets the general recording criteria of 1904.7. Contrary to 29 CFR 1904(a). 5) The employer failed to post the OSHA poster that informs employees the protections afforded them under the Act. Contrary to 29 CFR 1903.2(a)(1). 6) The employer has not established a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
