In western Washtenaw County, about 4,000 Consumers Energy customers lacked power on Friday morning. In Ann Arbor-area ZIP codes, about 11,800 customers were without power Friday morning, per the DTE map. According to the outages map, customers are still affected in Washtenaw County.
