3158 Carpenter Road, Ypsilanti, 48197 Michigan, United States

1. Employee training is being conducted with employees less than 6 feet apart. 2. Employees using and touching the same registers without cleaning between employees. 3. Employee health check station is not at the store entrance. I was handed a thermometer and told to take my own temperature and hand it back. They do not do a health check questionnaire. 4. Not addressing store capacity. 5. Not requiring masks to be worn by shoppers and employees who get off work and are in the lunchroom/breakroom. 6. Not providing cleaning supplies for stations used by multiple staff members to allow for cleaning between employees. 7. Not maintaining employee social distancing at registers. 8. Not cleaning and disinfecting. 9. Not informing employees with concerns what employee options and rights are. 10. Not following Michigan Executive Orders when approached by an employee with concerns of infecting someone with underlying health issues, I was told my only options was to step down from my supervisory role. 11. Time clock not being wiped down.
