I ordered some clothing that was worth $40 and some change I ordered it lowvember the 2nd or 2023 they gave me a tracking number and claim it was supposed to reach Riverdale Illinois and it never did so they have my money

Ordered $10 jeans September 9, Received notice they were delivered, they weren't. They "reshaped" saying I'd need to sign for them, I agreed. Still nothing. Began asking for a refund 45 days ago, they just send emails saying it takes 15-25 days for a refund. Still no jeans, no refund.

I spend 50$ on Hermoe I found them through Facebook market. They gave me tracking number and now I can not look up website at all. They wouldn’t give me refund and told me to wait a few days. I want my money back now there is no way ? Now website doesn’t exist and now I can’t contact anyone for it.
