Scammed for a Dyson stick vacuum. Replies from TT Nio (after-sales@zgo24fficialcustomerservice.com)
They kept telling me I received it. I did not. Asked for my money back, they said they would order a new one. Asked for my money back. Said the return failed & id have to wait 5-7 more days. Asked for my money back & have not heard from them. Be careful ordering from FB.
It said was shipped from the US & got tracking from China which was probably fraudulent too!
