What did you order recently that you haven’t received? I ordered a laser engraver in December from coatelite.com. They sent me an email with a Chinese tracking number. One day in January I received a pair of cheap earmuffs from “online seller” with a USPS tracking number. I went to China post website to check tracking on the Chinese tracking number, then went to USPS.com to check the tracking number on earmuffs. They both show delivery to my mailbox on the same date and time, so I sent coatelite an email asking where my engraver was I filed a dispute at the bank. Coatelite refunded my money.
So think about if there is anything you may have ordered that hasn’t shown up yet, it very well may be the same situation.
Do you have the tracking number from the items you first ordered? and do you have the tracking numbers for the unordered packages you received?
You can screenshot and post on here if you like but I’ll tell you what is happening.
They send an international tracking number to you (most likely AG111133CN) which means a China Post package. You can go to China post and type in tracking number there.
Now go to USPS.com tracking and type in the tracking number for the unordered items (probably a 9400#).
They probably say delivered on the same time on the same day. That’s a scam.
