I ordered a laser engraver that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. Today 1-3-23 I recieved a quill pen in its place from "Online Seller 19799 E 36th Dr Aurora CO 80011 What can I do about this? I just told you my story. What can you do to help me recover my money?

I ordered the laser engraver as well. Tried to contact them on FB messenger but no reply. I called the bank to dispute. But today i received the same thing.
Same for me...ordered laser engraver and received a quill pen set. I want my money back as well.
I actually ordered the laser engraver too- it says it is still in Los Angeles but was wondering if it were a scam…was it from coatelite? I already posted but I received a random set of earmuffs from Aurora CO today and I’m in FL

I also ordered one and got a random hat and scarf today. Mine also still says it is in Los Angeles.
I ordered some Christmas decorations today I got some kind of a pen I think I have been scammed.
