The exact thing happened to me. I said I want a 100% refund as the fault was theirs not mine!!! They didn’t refund and o was £30 out of pocket!!!!! They said the same thing about a chargeback to me too!!!!!!!!
I ordered 3 dresses never got them 🤬 was told they had been delivered and signed for. Not be me 🤬
