I bought clothing from a company called KINEMTY via Facebook. This was at the beginning of March, I waited and waited but nothing arrived. They kept saying it had been dispatched and to keep tracking. Tracking by the way all in Chinese.Suddenly after nearly six weeks I get an email telling me my goods had been delivered, the problem was nothing had been delivered. Since then we have had a tennis match of emails with Kinemty giving me every excuse under the sun. I asked where my signature was for the parcel as it was too big to post through my letter box, or a photo of the parcel outside my front door which is usual, they have nothing.
I ask for a refund, they offer me 60% I say no I want a full refund then they come back with my account being affected by CHARGEBACK and how my bank account could be closed down!! This company is just one huge rip off please do not use them and tell everyone else not to either.I have been well and truly scammed and am furious about it 😠😠

The exact thing happened to me. I said I want a 100% refund as the fault was theirs not mine!!! They didn’t refund and o was £30 out of pocket!!!!! They said the same thing about a chargeback to me too!!!!!!!!
