Employees are not wearing PPE as required. Employees are not washing hands in between seeing patients, thus putting other employees and clients at risk. Since the employer is not following the COVID 19 guidelines, more employees and clients are getting sick.

Employer is deliberately exposing employees to COVID because the owner does not believe that this is anything more than the flu. Employer routinely leaves the state thereby increasing his risk for COVID.

Few Covid restrictions, nobody is told if they have been in contact with the numerous employees that are sent home with covid everyday. They don't seem to be affective in keeping their employees safe.

06/12/2020 employees came in with fevers and camera thermometer indicated employees had fevers. The employer took the employees' temperatures with thermometers used on machines, told employees they did not have a fever and sent employees back to work.
