I had placed an order on a website for a shoe rack-turns out its a scam. They sent me wrong item and now saying return the item so we can send you the correct item. They have my money, my item and now asking me to return the wrong item as well and pay for its postage too.
I ordered collapsible cart, was invoiced in AUD, charged in USD and never received goods. I've been offered 20, 30, 40 & 50% refund, yet I'm still waiting for a refund. They are scammers!!
