I placed an order on 29 August 2023. Money was taken from my account, nothing has turned up. The tracking number they gave me does not work. I have emailed them at support@fasing.shop They kept telling me to be patient and now the response to my emails is delivery status failed - message not delivered. The original copy of my order is no longer there and the photo below is what now comes up.
