I was led to this when using the Shein site which I had been recommended to so was under a false sense of security. The goods never arrived and despite saying the goods had arrived in Australia and then been delivered to me. Despite having provided a tracking reference they were unable to track or provide me with legit courier information for me to track. I then asked for a refund and all communication stopped.
