Yep, I'm in the UK, ordered a craft cupboard, If I'm honest I had my doubts because of the price, guess that will teach me, no such thing as a free lunch. I now have a scarf, got the same email response as others have reported about returning it for a refund. I am going to talk to my credit card company.
