Safety Report: Norskla Scam, AZ, USA
Arizona, United States
Placed order from a link on Facebook that was supposedly a QVC clearance sale on folding rocking camp chairs. When the order acknowledgement came in email it was from a company called Norksla Limited and they are the ones who also charged my credit card. After several days I sent an email asking for a shipping verification. They provided me with a tracking number which showed a supposed shipment originating in China even though the original shipping was supposed to be from Pennsylvania. I was told in the email that i needed to wait up to 20 days for delivery even though, once again, on the original order it stated express shipping of 3 to 7 days. After watching the tracking information and seeing the slow progress it was supposedly making, I contacted the company and asked for a refund. I was told that I should wait another 7 to 10 days for them to process a refund. I informed them that I was not waiting and would start a dispute with my credit card company for the amount charged and that is what I did. I have received the credit from my card carrier and in the meantime, the tracking information shows that my items were delivered to my address on 11/27/2023 which did not happen. I tried to email Norskla again to let them know that their tracking information was erroneous but now suddenly the email address I have been using to contact them right along i no longer in use. Watch out for this SCAM.
