I too was swept aware on the too good to be true prices.I anxiously tracked my package and when my status said delivered but no big package arrived, I immediate contacted their customer service via email as there is. Phone number listed. That should have been the first red flag but it wasn’t due to plenty of sites rarely have a customer service these days.
I did receive a response via email. She offered her apologies for my package not arriving and stated they will ship another order out immediately and send me the tracking number, blah blah blah. At this point I knew it was a scam, but I was willing to play along and see how far they would take it. They send me the same tracking number as before and I reach out again and explain to them that I was given the same tracking number and I want my money back.
After 5 more apologies and excuses of our accounting team is in the process of reversing the transaction I did receive a partial refund. Once again I emailed and informed them that I received a partial refund and would they kindly refund the remaining balance.
I did receive my refund.
The entire process time from the initial email was around 2 months.
There is hope and if you keep on them you will receive your money back!
