1. Bartender does not wear mask properly, spreads misinformation regarding COVID-19 to patrons. 2. Pizza cutter does not wear mask properly or 3. Employee temperature is taken on the arm, not the forehead, leading ot inaccurate temperature readings by managers. 4. Masks are often worn on the chin by kitchen staff when preparing customer food. 5. Customers often enter the building without masks, management will not confront them or ask them to leave, the burden falls on employees. 6. Employees take off masks in Back of House, eat food in Back of House with masks off, risking infection of customer food and other employees. 7.
