Regulatory Report
27777 Inkster Road, Farmington Hills, 48334 Michigan, United States
Dearborn Centers and In-home therapy. There is no SOCIAL DISTANCING. CENTRIA is continually emailing we ABA Technicians that we are considered an 'Essential Critical Infrastructure' and should remain in operation. The HAZARD in what we provide is there is absolutely NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. We are required to remain within ARMS length of our client. We are also required to work IN-HOME therapy (risking the spread of Covid-19) OR to work in a Centria Clinic Center (also with NO SOCIAL DISTANCING) but they are cleaning. The demand for SOCIAL DISTANCING is NOT happening. Children, Therapists, and families are not DISTANCING. Many of us do not feel safe, therefore have suspended services-with no pay- in order to do so. There have some who have tested positive (that we know of). We are very afraid but are being continually reminded via email from Centria that we remain in operation (using the 'umbrella' of being considered a critical infrastructure). We provide therapy, it is not critical or life saving at this time with such a serious health crisis as Covid-19. On-site inspections would provide difficult because of many Inhome sessions around the Detroit and Metro area and the Therapy provided does not happen at the business address provided above.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-03-31
