Open door to community dumpster is located right where guests enter complex. Overflowing and trash left on the grounds.  Different rodent species in different bldgs.

Property was sold last year. Residents have received no formal info regarding the ownership nor any other changes. When residents receive notice that lease renewal is due, they find out about the $300 increase.  | Symptoms: Other
