Hello, today I received a package in my mailbox that I did not order. I am indeed waiting for a package but it is not the one I received at all. In fact, I received a headscarf, whereas I should receive a human plafl. As proof, I am attaching the photo of the product ordered and the one I received, on September 14, 2023 I had already contacted your services and you can see that the package does not correspond at all to the article (1st photo) that I ordered... I am outraged and the sample was taken on September 7, 2023 from my bank account. I sent you a photo of the proof of debit on my account.What should I do please to have my order?? Please help me
