Package received via Royal Mail. Seems to be from JQX In, no 9 LUFENGLU, chengmenshen, Fuzhou, Fuji an 35000 CHINA Phone; 8617759016968Packet contained a small jewellery box containing two cheap metal dress rings, a certificate of authenticity and a plastic card. I didn’t order this. Having looked online I believe it may have been connected with an order I placed (with some suspicion and hesitation at the time) with Mint Velvet Outlet. Unfortunately I placed the order (which was for 4 items of clothing) after reading a FB advert …..

My mum placed an order on a Facebook page for a coat, they took the money £30 she also received 2 cheap rings
I have received the same - 2 cheap rings instead of the four items of Mint Velvet clothing I ordered. I have emailed customer services, but have had no reply.
