Ordered two safes/clocks at a good deal. Waited 3 weeks and reached out to ask to cancel the order and get a refund. Miraculously a shipping label was created that day and they could not issue the refund. Couple weeks later a cheap pair of sunglasses were received. I emailed and complained, they want me to send the sunglasses back and to send along copies of the label and tracking info. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will see what they have to say while I work on figuring out the costs to ship it back.

This is happening to so many people. This needs to stop. I am still trying to get a refund. I will write to the BBB snd the USPS attorney. This is horrible. I did not get what I ordered but I received a defective product instead.
