I had the same product show up also. After further searching I found out the a company called Pure Solutions makes it and I contacted the company. They only sell through “resellers”. They ship from the company address in Tampa Florida and will not help with returns or contacting the “resellers” or allow for returns. I did remember that before I received it I got what I thought was an email from Amazon saying my payment wasn’t authorized. Then I proceeded to check my statement and found out they charged my card almost $500 US.
This product looks like I received. Google the UPC code and it will probably be made by a company called Pure Solutions out of Tampa Florida. They use “resellers” but actually mine was from an Amazon looking email saying my card wasn’t authorized. I proceeded to put in a new card and I was scammed for over $500 US. Watch you bank statements. If this isn’t from the Pure Solutions company this is just my experience.
