My situation seems a bit different than everyone else. I had a couple of my accounts hacked two weeks ago. I caught it and secured my accounts, got refunds from credit cards, changed credit card numbers, etc. Then today I received a package from this address with a cheap little tin sign that says "meals and memories are made here." I'm assuming this was the $10 Amazon order that had been cancelled (I never could see the order because Amazon deleted it), but it's the only thing I can figure.
For everyone else, please do check your credit card accounts for other small charges, as that seems to be the MO in a lot of these cases once they have your card info (make random small purchases you won't notice).
