I ordered a pair of glasses and the name is Tech 1 on the package but the address is the same as yours. I am wondering if New York has any kind of agency that can look into this scammer. Nothing shows up in my bank account that can be attached to that name or address, no phone number so I don't know what to tell bank to refuse to pay. Anyone have any ideas on mail fraud investigations in NY?
