Us too. My wife ordered a convertible chair from an ad on Facebook about 6 weeks ago. Spent $50.00 on it. Supposed to be here day after Christmas. And we just got our feathered pen. No responses from emailing customer service. I would just love to have direct access to these people that are raking in the bucks. But what can you do? Nothing really. what you don't want to do is trust Facebook advertising that's for sure.
