Nobody replies to email ,also I've noticed lots of ppl reporting but nothing being done about it at all ,
I was also scamed on Facebook, advert is now removed so can't report to them but they won't do anything anyway best thing is inform you're bank, only way as don't know who we can report this too maybe trading standards !!???
I received the same , mine are black ,I ordered metal garden faries as a gift,cant find ad on FB now .... And there is no number to talk to either
