Get this…. I now have a log of 7 emails back and forth. First I wanted to know where my fence was. I told them I would not give my info to the tracking co I didn’t recognize. First my “fencing” was in customs. Then it was “in the US in transit. Then nothing. Then I get a scarf with the exact tracking number written in small lettering above the word “scarf”. Now they say I can get a 40% refund OR send the scarf back to a very long address in China at my expense and when they get it (which they never would admit to) then I’d get a full refund. But… that’s not going to happen. So my last email said their supplier and their shipping (their excuses) were NOT the customers problem and I want a full refund now. Ha. Can’t wait for the next email. And my credit card company won’t file a claim because they want me to go round and around with these scammers. Nice. Like this is a safe game they want me to keep playing. I’m out $79.98. And my dogs are out a nice play space. Guess I’ve learned my lesson(s). I will have to pony up the $500 for a smaller equivalent fence from a company I’ve found IS reputable. Poor dogs. It won’t happen anytime soon.
