I received a mylar package today from BestDeal LLC today. It says it weighed 2 oz but it was empty except for some scrap paper. I have no recollection of ordering from them. I've searched everything to see if I'd ordered something.

I received a very small Manila envelope folded over with my name, second line Null Null, the others had my home address. The contents? An empty wrapper. How did he get my address? Why would he send me a basically empty package? What is his endgame.
