NY is claiming a flattening of the curve. Yesterday my doctors office told me to go to the ER due to my symptoms. I went to the ER and the doctor said he believes I have COVID 19 but he wouldn’t give me a test due to the tests only being 70% accurate. Let’s hope that’s not why.

We’ve spent our son and youngest daughter birthdays in a shelter in place. I've also spent my birthday and Easter quarantined in bed. I have all the symptoms of COVID-19, but the doctor won't test me because they don't have enough tests.

Confirmed I do have most of the symptoms of COVID-19 which means I need to take a couple weeks off of work and hopefully just recover at home bc I’m too young and otherwise healthy to be tested.

I have all of the symptoms of COVID-19........I can’t get tested because everything in my area is booked and I don’t want to go to the hospital. HELP! Anyone been tested? How do you go about getting the test if no tests in the area are available?

Just came from the ER again because of extreme symptoms caused by the antibiotic fighting the pneumonia. Meanwhile, the doc says there's a good chance I have COVID-19, but they STILL can't test me because they're saving the tests for those with symptoms bad enough to be admitted.

I asked for a Covid-19 test from my VA healthcare provider and they’re telling me I cannot get one unless I have a high fever or shortness of breath. I felt like shit last week but didn’t have those symptoms.

Both of my parents have tested positive for COVID-19 and my mom is on a ventilator. My head has been hurting for five days.
They don’t wanna test me bc I don’t have any symptoms. Honestly I haven’t even been eating like i use to.? I AM NOT OKAY

Refused covid-testing for not being over 65, Lansing, MI, USA

I know someone today who had symptoms of the virus but was refused testing because they didn’t fit the criteria of being over 65; working in the public. At this point we will never have accurate numbers for COVID-19.
