Ordered a couple of items off Facebook for Xmas, one being a pair of boots just got home to find a parcel (like others have) from PFT Logisitics, not containing the boots ordered but instead a crappy cloth hat and snood

Ordered a cat tower from Amazon/ Bladeorc - I had a pen set instead, I am furious beyond words- not only for the loss of money but by being duped by unscrupulous sellers/ people. Shame on you
