A power outage has been reported in Charleston impacting homes and businesses near CAMC. The power outage was also impacting Charleston Area Medical Center. According to the outage map Power is already restored in the area.

More than 1,000 Appalachian Power customers in Charleston's West Side are reported to be without electricity Sunday after a fallen tree brought down poles and lines. Emergency crews said lines were downed on an occupied vehicle near the intersection of Market Drive and Crescent Drive.
