He stated there are two sets of bathrooms at the IAA facility of which they have an office with, public and employees bathrooms, and the employer is not allowing people to use them and the employer closed the public bathrooms.

Employees that have tested positive for COVID-19 are returning to work. Required N-95 respirator use. No fit tests and medical evaluations. N-95s are being used for multiple days. No annual bloodborne pathogen training.
