I used a facebook link for an advertisement. It did not take me to Bed, Bath and Beyond but I did not notice until after my purchase. I got a confirmation email from them and then never heard from them again even after repeated emails back from me. I requested a full refund from my visa account.

I ordered a lap tray adjustable with a light onlike 6 months ago. The order number was 23012208363**** multiple emails. They said they mailed to me I did not get it. They said they were gonna refund my bank account they never did and now they will not answer me.
