Multiple power outages were affecting over 5,000 Rocky Mountain Power customers in Summit and Utah County. One outage occurred in the Kamas and Francis areas and affected nearly 3,000 customers.The other outage was affecting just over 2,300 customers in the areas of Orem and Fairfield.
