Yes I experienced a problem with online shopping from Macy's. I order items never recipes them couldn't track didn't receive confirmation.I received a ring 3-25-23 that I didn't order there was no return address it's from GRA Moissanite 29180 Jupiter RD Garland Texas 75041

I received a GRA Moissanite ring today, (3/27/2023) via USPS which I did not order. The shipping label says it came from 29180 S Jupiter Road, Garland, TX 74051. The Permit No on the package is 50034 eVS
I'm not sure what to do with this.
