A manager has been harassing and getting very close to an employee. The manager does not practice social distancing, putting the employee at risk of contracting COVID-19.

Many employees have tested positive for COVID-19 (20-30 out of 80) and nobody is wearing face masks. In addition, the employer has stated that fogging is being done, but there is concern that the warehouse is not being sanitized.
