Up to forty employees are using a one stall bathroom. In addition to there not being a sufficient number of bathrooms, there is concern regarding the transmission of COVID-19 since so many employees are using one bathroom and stall.

Someone tested positive for Covid-19 in the store. There is a concern that the store didn't do any deep cleaning or alert other employees that someone in the establishment had tested positive.
