According to Orange and Rockland Utilities's outage map, about 4,293 customers were affected by power outages in their service area. Rockland: 2,424 customers affected, and Orange: 1,869 customers affected, after heavy rain and gusty winds Monday morning Dec, 18.

I did order some hair oil but it turned out to be water and this guy's name was on the package, I ordered hair oil from what I thought was a reputable company when I received the product it was just water. The address was from an individual not a company and it was not the brand I ordered.
