The village’s municipal electric system will undergo a scheduled power outage from about 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday. It will affect Main, Pine, High, Ralston and Pleasant streets. It also will affect Highland Avenue and LaFargeville, Alexandria Bay and English Settlement roads.
