The contents looks like a small pet fabric house that I purchased, however, it came with no instructions and is not what I ordered.
i will take this out of my house. Who knows, it could have a tracking device.

I received a small white package with two brown plastic pieces that I never ordered. The return address was “Jane“ at 371 Little Falls Rd., Suite 4, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009. Apparently, I am not the only person to have received these unwanted items from this person.
