Placed 2 separate orders never received either have been playing email tag with them about my refund but I have yet to see it and it was placed back on June 4th and " delivered" on the 4th of July. I was home outside the whole time and nothing came and no one signed for any packages.

Employees who work the Covid unit are not wearing proper PPE to keep employees safe. The N95 masks that are provided are not fit properly, and they are coming straight out of a box. The employees aren't properly protected by the state of Iowa.
