Barely any use of face masks. If people get tested, no employees get informed on results. Someone tested positive for COVID, but none of the managers informed any employees and still stay quiet about the topic when asked. All upper management knew about it as well

No masks, 8-10 people working in a rig at one time, no time for hand washing. Multiple people positive and still working in plant 7 and several with symptoms still working. Manager apparently tells them they have to work or they will be fired.
