Regulatory Report

Employees are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 but are continuing to come into work. Company is only providing one disposable mask a week for each employee. Management is not mandating masks. Hand sanitizer is not readily available. Workareas are not sanitized.

Regulatory Report

Only one set of working restroom for all employees. The restrooms that are not working have raw sewage in the floors. The smell is horrible. People are getting sick. No social distancing when waiting to use the one restroom.
