I received a small box in the mail. Opened the package and it was a ring (not real stone) with no invoice, no price, no explanation. Not sure what to do?? I don’t want a charge, but I’m angry that I must pay to send it back. Any thoughts?

I received a ring in the mail today that I did not order. It came from "Tanya" at 1839 Oak Street, Pico Rivera, California 90660. I did NOT order this and the ring is identical to the pictures posted from all of the other people reporting this same scam.
