Ordered four folding lawn chairs with webbed back. Account immediately charged $46.89 but received no confirmation.

I ordered months ago and didn't get anything I got this site off FB I want my money back
I ordered supposedly bath and bodywork 3 wick candles , they sent fake tracking saying the package had been delivered but it wasn't. Whenever I reached out to them they would simply say they sent the package and it was delivered.

they charged the amount, it never arrived. They told me that it had been handed over to a neighbor. They wanted to give me 10% back. The page disappeared. Total fraud
