I have been emailing every week to be given excuse after excuse read its a scam

In contact with someone at work who has covid, Nottingham, UK

I have had close contact with someone at work who is now confirmed covid 19 and is on a ventilator. Some being told by 111 to self isolate for 7 days some 14 days. I was told 14 because eindont have symptoms and it can take 14 days.
