I ordered clothing to the value of £31.41 from M&S as seen on Facebook. Despite tracking saying in transit nothing has arrived. The money was taken from my credit card account and I am now going to go down the lengthy process of making a claim. This is a scam website: M&S : acuast@erykh.com
