I don't have any idea how you got my address.
In the mail today there was a package from YW Co. Ltd 3495 Laird Road Mississauga. I did not order anything from this company. In the package was the worlds ugliest shirt. I do not want this item and want to return it. Please advise.

Received the second Moderna vaccine shot last Friday at 2pm. The following symptoms started in the middle of the night: vomiting, diarrhea, heavy sweating, heart palpitations, fever, headache, weakness, tiredness. Slept for about 30 hours.
